We work with builders and homeowners to ensure that the termite construction pre-treatment is a seamless step in the building process. We make every effort to get to the site as soon as you are ready for us. We charge based on the square footage on the bottom level of the structure. Many companies charge a flat fee per structure but we know that not all homes are the same size, so how can they charge the same? We follow all manufacturer label guidelines and State of Tennessee regulations for treatment of your home. Building a new home is one of the most exciting times in your life and we treat your home as if it were ours. Each treatment comes with a renewable five (5) year warranty.
